What people are saying…
Alex Crowell, Midwife, New Life Midwifery:
Cecelia recently facilitated a session on nutrition and self-compassion for our Empowered Parent Village, focusing on preventing and treating postpartum depression. From the moment she began, Cecelia’s warm and welcoming presence put everyone at ease.
She skilfully delivered evidence-based insights while honouring each woman as the ultimate authority on her own body. Cecelia has a gift for arming women with practical, empowering information that leaves them feeling resourced and confident.
Her ability to balance scientific knowledge with genuine compassion made the session not only informative but deeply impactful. We’re so grateful for her friendly, approachable nature and the way she genuinely connects with women to support their wellbeing. She’s truly a gem in our village!
Leanne Alley, Volunteer and Events Officer, Gailes Community House:
Cecelia was a delight to work with. She is easy going and accommodating. Cecelia was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. The community loved learning about quick and easy, cheap yet healthy meals.
Kerri Speyers, Life Choices Coaching:
My Life Choices Coaching Membership group had the pleasure of Cecelia presenting to our group an informative, interesting and empowering presentation on menopause and the vaginal microbiome.
She provided a safe space for the ladies to open up and discuss their ongoing and past vaginal and urinary issues.
She provided excellent education about how to create a healthy environment in the area both prior to and after menopause.
