Cancellation policy
You are required to give 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours prior to your booked appointment.
We understand that sickness and unprecedented circumstances can sometimes derail best intentions. If you cannot give 24 hours notice for some reason, please give as much notice as possible.
In the case of contagious illness, unexpected travel, or other situations where you are suddenly unable to attend in person, your appointment can easily be changed to telehealth (video or via the phone).
We expect that you value your own time and ask that you value ours too. If you fail to give notice of your non-attendance, especially more than once, you may be invoiced for your missed appointment. Any deposit paid prior will be forfeited.
